Meeting Minutes: February 9, 2012

Present: F. Berrymen; S. Blosser; E. Brozovic; K. Buehrer; D. Goodrich; V. Martz; G. Pierce; A. Puzzuoli; T. Ring; C. Steffke.

1. Blosser called the meeting to order at 3:04 pm and requested all members introduce themselves, sign-in on the attendance, and add their email addresses. Blosser advised he can send an invitation to new members and requested Puzzuoli update the ATC listserv.
2. Blosser requested a review of the minute meetings from 1/12/12. Members reviewed the minutes and requested approval (Ring, Pierce). Members approved 1/12/12 meeting minutes.
3. Blosser advised the APP&R recommendations for 2012 need to have a final review today for submission to D. Gift on 2/14/12. Blosser began with reading the introduction letter to D. Gift. Pierce recommended removal of the final paragraph which mentions the total cost of the request, due to this information being redundant. Members requested changes in font styles, as multiple font styles were used in the document. Members recommended changes in second paragraph for introduction letter.
   Blosser reviewed each item requested and members suggested changes in terminology, correction in punctuation, fonts, bold, paragraph spacing, and capitalization within the document.
4. Martz announced the option of scheduling a visit in March 2012 to the College of Veterinary Medicine to see the microscope for individuals with low vision.
5. Emily announced the RFP proposal for Captioning.
6. The meeting was adjourned (Pierce, Ring) at 4:00 pm.
